Subscription & Payment Terms

If using paid Services: fees are billed according to the selected subscription or service agreement; payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated; and OptIntel reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptIntel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

Termination
